Tour Operators and Real Estate Agents were early adopters of 360° Virtual Tours for promotion.
Presenting and selling products to clients, without their physical presence, offer many advantages also for other businesses, facilitated by a growing amount of supportive software. There are at least 100 different virtual tour products listed on Capterra and here is a great article on threesixtycameras.com evaluating the best paid (and some free) Virtual Tour Software.
Internet marketers and software developers spotted this trend and started supplying tools for agencies and other marketers offering virtual tours to local business.
This could also be a case for you starting to offer a very specialized service for local businesses in your neighborhood. All you need is a 360 camera, a 360° virtual tour software, time, and knowledge.
One tool for creating virtual tours, VideoTours360, is already available in the club. This week I have added another. It's based upon a script by SimpleVirtualTour sold 731 times since June 2020 on CodeCanyon with a 4.95 star review score.
VRStudio, a product recently launched on JVZoo, uses the same script from Simple Virtual Tour (fully “white hat” since the vendors bought the SaaS plugin addon).
This inspired me to invest in the same script (and SaaS add-on), partly to have more control over what’s being offered to members and partly as a case study for a module in my coming course about the best ways to purchase online marketing tools.
